1:45pm - 2:30pm: Rookie Meeting (for first time competitors and volunteers) (Independence)
2:30pm - 4:30pm: Vendor Breakdown (Salon 5)
2:30pm - 3:45pm: Mandatory Meeting -Competitors, Judges, Volunteers (Independence)
3:45pm - 5:30pm: Breakout Meetings by Division (Gas - Centennial A, Water - Athens, Power - Independence, Telecom - Centennial B, LFH - Atlanta Boardroom)
5:45pm: REMC Welcome Reception- Cash bar opens and Hors D’oeuvres served (Salons 1-4)
6:30pm - 9:30pm: Casino Night Fun Begins! (Lots of prizes and fun) (Salons 1-4)

Saturday, August 6th, 2011 - RODEO BEGINS
(GA Tech Campus)

5:30am - 6:15am: Breakfast at Gwinnett Marriott (competitors and volunteers) (Salon 5)
6:15am - 6:30am: Shuttles leave from Gwinnett Marriott BACK ENTRANCE. Competitors must take shuttle service to University campus. BE ON TIME
6:30am - 7:15am: En route to Ga Tech campus – Competition site
7:15am- 7:30am: Master Judges Meeting at shuttle drop off (Volunteers/Competitors attend)
7:30 am- 7:45 am: Volunteers report to posts
8:00am: Competition Begins
11:00am - 1:00pm: Lunch at Georgia Tech (competitors and volunteers) IN TechRec Center downstairs
5:00pm: ALL COMPETITION ENDS
7:30pm - 8:00pm: Cash Bar opens (Gwinnett Marriott/Georgia Ballroom Pre-function area)
8:00pm: Awards Dinner Begins (Gwinnett Ballroom - Marriott)
9:15pm - 10:30pm: Presentation of Awards
11:00pm: Winners payout, photos and jacket sizing (Walton)
