Water crew chief Frank Frenzel spent the weekend of Aug. 4 through 6 doing what he often does in his job: locating water lines. Only this timen it was competitive. And it was on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Local Man To Compete In Utility Locate Rodeo
